Tiffany Ramos graduated from Old Dominion University with a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in 2014 with a major in Nuclear Medicine. Following her early career in diagnostic and therapeutic Nuclear Medicine, she transitioned into therapeutic treatments in the field of Vascular & Interventional Radiology. In this field, she took a deep interest in Prostatic Artery Embolization and worked to develop anatomy and imaging algorithms to improve procedural success. She has been instrumental in the development of a National Men’s Health Care model focusing on the treatment of Prostate Health, leading a team of physicians and staff.
Tiffany enjoys the minimally invasive nature of embolization, pointing out that we can see every part of the anatomy through a tiny needle hole rather than through surgery. She is a lover of good food, and enjoys indulging in a variety of cuisines. Tiffany also enjoys spending time with her husband Rudy, and her golden doodle Stanley.
